跟很多人一樣
第一次聽到Over the Way這首歌，是在"經典中國"的預告片中
當時很不解，為什麼介紹中國的節目，要放一首外文歌
後來才知道，這是台灣人寫的

開始注意這首歌的過程，應該是從旋律唱腔開始
黃建為把這首歌唱得很輕~吉他的伴奏也很輕
特別強調的子音，聽起來有點像英國腔~這也是這首歌吸引我的地方
有一點點想起Beatles的一些小品

仔細的分析這首歌，為什麼會讓人覺得好聽~
歌曲旋律基本上算是一段體~~但前面兩句卻又可以自成一段~
全曲幾乎都是在主和弦上進行著
這種輕描淡寫的情調，讓這首歌聽起來很輕鬆
第三句 II-->V-->I的和聲進行並沒把旋律帶至緊張的高潮氣氛
with the moon最後的五度上跳，是全曲音程最大的地方~仍維持在一級和弦上，
第四句重複和聲路徑，結束在穩定的主音上，達成小波動的解決效果
重複的音型，製造出停滯於當下情境的感覺

音樂分析多半會令樂曲變得枯燥乏味
純粹的旋律絕對無法造就這首歌的情調
人聲、唱腔和歌詞，才是賦予歌曲生命的關鍵
做為聽眾的我，或許無須去探究為什麼會覺得好聽

我沒再去聽同作者其他的歌
想珍惜這種偶然的驚艷~
